Feetie Pads

I’ve been using these footpads for about a week now. Not everyday, but tonight is my third time. I have to admit I was skeptical. Like what the hell can these pads really do? Half of my thought it was a scam, getting desperate people in pain or overly fatigued to spend money on last resorts.

So far — I think I’m going to have to remove a padded foot from my mouth. On each night that I’ve used it, I’ve felt a whole lot less tense and I’ve been sleeping much more soundly. For the last few months I’ve been tossing and turning in bed, constantly waking myself up and unable to get a good night’s sleep. Now that I’m prepped and ready for night 3 of foot pad trial — I’m excited to pass out from something other than excessive alcohol consumption.

The ingredients are: Bamboo vinegar, chitosan, dextrin, dokudami herb, loquat leaf, tourmaline, vegetable fiber, vitamin C, wood vinegar, lavender extract.

I don’t know about you, but I’m a sucker for anything lavender and vitamin C. Also, they’re super simple to use. Make sure your feet are clean, apply the printed side of the pad to the included adhesive and then stick to your feet for 6-10 hours. Discoloration at first is apparently normal, though I can’t say it’s happened to me.

The link from amazon is above.
